Phuong Doan is a seasoned legal professional with 20 years of extensive experience in legal industry. She has held significant roles throughout her career, including Managing Partner at HTC International Law Firm, and Partner at ATIM Law Firm, Senior Associate in VN Counsel and Associate at Rajah & Tann LCT Lawyers.

In addition to her legal practice, Phuong has shared her expertise as a Lecturer of Law at Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City, contributing to the education and development of future legal professionals.

  • Advised a partnership with a German investor on investment policies for wind power projects, each with a capacity of 100 MW in Vietnam
  • Advised on the share transfer transaction of a 48 MW wind power project in Vietnam.
  • Provided legal advice on the investment cooperation contract and share transfer transactions of two investment and development companies for two wind power projects, each with a capacity of 50 MW in Vietnam.
  • Played a pivotal role in an M&A transaction involving a five-star hotel and gambling business in Da Nang Province.
  • Advised on an M&A transaction regarding a construction and ME company with a Japanese investor.
  • Advised on the share transfer transaction in an industrial gas (LNG, LCG) company with a Japanese investor.
  • Provide strategic opinions to multinational investors on various investment projects, including e -wallet, virtual currency, P2P loans, and capital restructuring strategies.
